This country’s output is very low and very few varieties are used: however, the United States is the world’s biggest importer of olive oil.

Cultivar of American origin widely grown in the Sacramento Valley, in California. Use: dual purpose. Sensory profile: with light bitter and fruity and strong peppery components, with flavours of walnut, grass and tomato.
