Olio Zucchi will be one of the protagonists at the Olio Officina Festival, the event, now in its fifth edition, dedicated to cooking condiments and aimed at promoting the culture of what not only satisfies the palate, but also the mind. The Festival, held in Milan from Thursday 21 to Saturday 23, has chosen Zucchi as its main sponsor. Zucchi oils will be at the centre of different initiatives, with a rich Blending Experience programme – “The Blendmaster at work. The creation of a blend”. On both Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January there will be two sessions, one at 10am and another at 2pm in Sala Zucchi. Participants at the event will be invited to create their own blend under the guidance of Giovanni Zucchi, alongside Francesca Tiberto, blendmaster. What’s more, Zucchi products will be available at the event store as well as Giovanni Zucchi’s book, “L’olio non cresce sugli alberi” (“Olive oil doesn’t grow on trees”).
