Oleificio Zucchi will be at Tempo di Libri, the Italian book show to be held at the Milan Rho Exhibition Centre from 19 to 23 April, to explain how an oil can be an expression of pure creativity, a masterpiece given to us by the art of blending.   For the occasion, the Zucchi label extra virgin olive and seed oils will star in the “A Tavola” cooking workshops, led by chefs with special expertise in the sector. At 2 pm on 20 April, visitors to the Exhibition will be able to put their individual taste and imagination to the test and create their very own extra virgin olive oil blend in a special blending experience.   “Creating an oil is an art, just like writing a novel. We are great fans of this Exhibition, which gives us the opportunity to express the artistic side of extra virgin olive oil,” explains Giovanni Zucchi, the company’s Deputy Chairman, who has recounted his passion for oil in his book “L’olio non cresce sugli alberi – L’arte del blending: come nasce un olio di grande qualità” [Oil doesn’t grow on trees – The art of blending: how a choice quality oil is born”], published by Fausto Lupetti Editore.   As well as suggesting that you read the book, we look forward to seeing you at the Book Show to join us in a full immersion in this unique combination of flavour and culture.
