Tips
Excellent for ethnic dishes – it is used in falafel, for example – in small quantities it is also very useful for making quick recipes such as stir-fried vegetables, especially brassicas. The distinctive flavour of roast sesame seeds enhances the flavour of mainly green salads, nuts and fresh fruit and cheeses. Sesame seed oil keeps well thanks to the antioxidants formed during roasting of the seeds.
Conservation advice
To conserve our oil’s sensory and nutritional properties intact for longer: seal the container carefully after each use and store in a cool place, well away from light and heat.
