Instructions
Wash the arugola thoroughly and leave it to dry. In the meantime peel the oranges and slice them together with the fennel. Separate the pomegranate seeds and set aside.
Place the arugola, the sliced oranges and the fennel in a large bowl. Dress with the Zucchi sesame seed oil, salt and add the walnuts, olives and pomegranate seeds.
