Wholemeal crackers with extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients

Chickpea flour
155g
Stone-milled wholemeal flour
145g
60g
Water
120ml
Oilseeds, spices and herbs to taste

Instructions

Mix the two flours in a bowl. Gradually incorporate the Zucchi SUSTAINABLE 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil and the water and stir. Now you can decide whether to add spices, herbs and oilseeds; continue mixing until you have a uniform, dry loaf.

Preheat the oven to 170°C and in the meantime roll out the dough into thin sheets. Cut your crackers to your chosen shape and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Place them in the oven and bake for 10/15 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they cook, since the time will depend on the type of oven and how thinly you rolled out the dough.
